- Review any/all change order requests
- Execute construction agreement
- Determine financing requirements

Construction |
- Builders Meeting
- Decorators Meeting
- Pre-construction meeting (permits, engineering, HOA)
- Supervise all phases of construction

Completion |
- Final walk thru and closing
- Supervise warranty program
